In this session, we will explore the rapidly evolving professional landscape of Software Asset Management and its shifting role in today’s business environment. This session will provide you with actionable strategies to elevate the visibility and value of SAM within your organization, positioning it as a strategic asset rather than a cost center. You will learn:
As the Vice President of Software Asset Management at Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), I lead the global function that oversees software licensing, compliance, and optimization across 17 million installations, 80,000 employees, and 3,000 software titles. I have more than 10 years of experience in this field, with a focus on software asset management (SAM) strategy, audit response, contract management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration.
I am passionate about solving complex business problems, leveraging data and technology, and establishing and growing high-performing teams in global and matrixed organizations. I hold the Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) credential, as well as executive education certificates from leading institutions such as Yale, IMD, and the University of Melbourne.
