Michał is a Senior Contract & License Lead at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, responsible for managing software contracts, license compliance, and procurement strategies. Before assuming his current role, he served as a Contract & License Lead, focusing on IT asset governance and process standardization. Prior to HEINEKEN, Michal worked at PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny as an IT Architect, designing and optimizing IT infrastructure. At Atos, he held roles as an IT Asset Management Architect and Service Delivery Specialist and served as Associate Software Asset Manager at SDL plc.
