Jack is currently serving as the ITSM Process Architect at Argonne National Laboratory, where he oversees the IT Service Management environment for Lab Operations. In this role, he is responsible for Asset management as well as expanding best practices to the research areas at Argonne, ensuring efficient IT service delivery. Additionally, Jack chairs the NLCIO ServiceNow Working Group, where he plays a key role in promoting the use of ServiceNow to enhance service management technologies and programs across national laboratories. Prior to his current role, Jack spent over a decade at Argonne in various capacities, including IT Process Manager, where he led the creation of ITIL processes focusing on Incident, Change, and Service Level Management, and played a significant role in the implementation of ServiceNow. Before joining Argonne, he also led customer service solutions at Fermilab, overseeing the Managed Services contract and directing incident management and supplier management functions. Jack has extensive experience in service level management, policy creation, and leading technical teams across multiple IT domains.
