Gerard Meyer is Head of Group License Capability & Processes in Global License Management at DHL IT Shared Services GmbH Co-responsibility as internal client of DHL's SAM service. Mr. Meyer has been actively involved in planning, service definition and control for many years. He is also currently working on a digitization initiative to examine what aspects of SAM need to be changed now and in the future to master technology change and continue to deliver optimal service. Gerard Meyer will present his state of analysis and planning as well as give important hints, which from his point of view must be observed now and where in the first step less effort can be made
