Gerard Meyer is Head of Group License Capability & Processes in Global License Management at DHL IT Shared Services GmbH Co-responsibility as internal client of DHL's SAM service. Mr. Meyer has been actively involved in planning, service definition and control for many years. He is also currently working on a digitization initiative to examine what aspects of SAM need to be changed now and in the future to master technology change and continue to deliver optimal service.
